Excellent location, exceptional staff, exceptional cleanliness, centrally located, extremely comfortable beds, plenty of blankets.

This hotel is full of character and charm. the walls are painted in lovely bright colors that lift the spirits and make you smile. the location is great too, being only a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants and the museum. the beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are of a top quality. the staff is exceptional, providing great service and a warm welcome.
The breakfast options are quite limited.

The hotel had some decent amenities. the beds were comfortable with clean linen, and the room had a TV. the hotel had a coffee maker, which was a plus. the city center was just a short walk away, so it was easy to find food and entertainment.
The hotel had a lot of negatives. First of all, the noise level was almost unbearable.

We had an amazing stay! Best aspects were the location, with plenty of free parking on the streets around the hotel and easy access to the main attractions in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm in the cold mountain weather.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this place.

We had a lovely romantic getaway at this quirky and charming hotel. The courtyard was a wonderful place to relax and listen to birdsong. The hotel's brightly colored walls and whimsical garden sculptures created a fun and unique atmosphere. We enjoyed having filtered water available and taking hot showers with 24-7 hot water. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets and easy walking access to restaurants, museums, and churches.
We experienced some noise from fireworks and rockets being set off in the town all night in honor of the Virgin Mary, which made it difficult to sleep. We were also disappointed that the promised coffee in the lobby was not available at the time we were told.
